Latest update: Summary – The British Embassy in Hanoi is aware that the Quest Festival, due to take place in Ba Vi outside Hanoi from 23 to 25 November has been unable to start on time and that festival goers are not currently being allowed entry to the site and their accommodation; if you're attending the event, you're advised to check the Quest Festival Facebook site and confirm that you will be allowed access to the site before travelling to the event
