Latest update: Summary – at 3.30am on 9 October, there was a large explosion at a Ukrainian ammunitions depot near the town of Ichnya, in the Chernigov oblast; the Ukrainian authorities have declared an emergency situation; a 16km exclusion zone has been established around the site; airspace (30km zone) has also been closed while rail and road transport are suspended; if you're located in the vicinity of the explosion you should follow the advice of the local Ukrainian emergency services
